Leo Russell founded Pride Technologies in 1983 with a focus on providing IT services to financial institutions. As Pride continued to grow, Leo began to diversify the business that is now recognized today as a certified minority-owned integrated human capital services firm. Before founding Pride, Leo held previous senior leadership positions at companies including Young & Rubicam and Lehman Brothers, and he received a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Economics from Claremont Men’s College and is an alumnus of the Harvard Business School.
